1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LeadTrackrr (the “Service”), operated by AdsInc, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LeadTrackrr is a website tracking and lead attribution platform. Our tracking script captures visitor behavior on your website — including page views, clicks, form submissions, and phone clicks — and attributes leads to their traffic source (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.). We provide a dashboard, daily email digests, and data export tools to help you understand where your leads come from.

3. Account Registration

To use LeadTrackrr, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at mason@leadtrackrr.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription and Billing

• LeadTrackrr costs $99 per month per business.
• New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial.
• Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of that billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the Service to track visitors without appropriate legal basis (you are responsible for your own privacy compliance)
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

6. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of LeadTrackrr's tracking script on your website complies with all applicable privacy laws and regulations, including but not limited to GDPR and CCPA. This includes providing appropriate notice to your website visitors about data collection and obtaining any required consent.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, logos, and content, is owned by AdsInc, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. You retain ownership of your data.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdsInc, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for up to 30 days after termination before permanent deletion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you may cancel your account.
